HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, the processing time of your order is SEPARATE from the SHIPPING TIME of your order. Any order received after 2:00 pm CST is considered to have been submitted the following business day. There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders, supply chain issues or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
IF I BUY AN ORIGINAL PIECE, DO I OWN THE COPYRIGHT?
Buying the physical painting does not give someone copyright of the painting. The artist has to transfer copyright to the new owner in writing. Unless copyright has been transferred, the copyright remains with Tony & Phyllis Thomas and they will continue to make reproductions of the original work.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with tracking information so that you may track the shipment of your order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No. Currently, we only ship in the United States.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We create each piece on demand specifically for you based on your order details. Our production facility operates 5 days a week for most of the year. With our automated production system, orders can quickly move past the point of cancellation or modification at all hours of the day. All cancellation or change requests must be made online through our support system within 30 minutes of order submission.
Please double check your orders for accuracy before submission, or contact customer service prior to placing your order to verify any information needed to ensure the product is ordered correctly.
Cancellation: Once an order has entered production, we are unable to cancel that order. Modification: Depending on where the order is in production will determine if modifications can be made.
CAN I ORDER LARGER SIZED PRINTS THAN WHAT'S LISTED ON YOUR SITE?
Yes! Just email us at: email@example.com and let us know what piece you are interested in and what size and we'll get in touch with you. Please know that larger sized art usually requires building a crate and that will affect your shipping cost.
WHAT IS OUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Giclée (zhee-KLAY) is a technology for fine art or photograph reproduction using a large format professional printer that can match color and apply ink precisely, giving artists a high-quality print of their original. Every Giclée print is a high-quality reproduction of Tony's original painting.
DO YOU OFFER IN-HOUSE FINANCING?
Yes! We know collecting art is a commitment both personally and financially and we would never want finances to keep you from being able to collect art that you can cherish forever. Therefore, we do offer in-house financing. Typically, we accept 20% down and the remainder paid in monthly installments.
