Art can be just as emotional as it is technical. This painting was a part of the process I went through to get past the feelings of being overwhelmed and over stressed. I was able to work through my emotions on the canvas, as well as with the help of the people I love. The Unheard, was painted to help people feel seen and heard. It is a reminder we are not alone, even when we feel like it. I hope this painting not only challenges you, but encourages you to look out for those who suffer in silence and feel unheard.
